Lawyer for woman accusing Trey Songz of abuse wants star in jail
She says Trey Songz choked and pummeled her in a jealous rage last month — and her lawyer wants the R&B star arrested.
Andrea Buera, 27, described the alleged assault Tuesday in her first public comments alongside lawyer Lisa Bloom.
“I was attending an afterparty when Trey began yelling at me, choking me, punching me, and ultimately he knocked me to the ground,” Buera said of the alleged Feb. 17 assault.
“While I was on the ground, he continued punching me, and he did not stop until his security pulled him off of me.”
“People stood and watched, and some scurried away,” she said. “When I called an Uber, he threw my phones over a cliff.”
Buera said she was terrified.

“I had to go to the hospital because he hit me so hard that I had a concussion and was throwing up from the migraines,” she said.
“Trey, I’d like any apology. I want you to get help, and although I am not your first victim, I’d like to be your last,” she said.
Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, has not responded to requests for comment from the Daily News.
Last week, a Los Angeles judge ordered Neverson to stay at least 100 yards away from Buera and not attempt to contact her directly.
In her statement to the court, Buera said she was at Neverson’s Los Angeles rental house last month when he expressed anger over her conversation with another man.

“You want to act like a ho and get with my boy?” Neverson allegedly asked, according to the restraining order paperwork filed March 6.
Buera claims Neverson “charged” at her and began choking and beating her.
“I tried defending myself by hitting his hand off of my neck but when I got out of the choke hold, he then started punching me in the face,” she claimed. “I was able to get away from him and began circling a car in the garage screaming and crying while others just watched and spread out.”
She said Neverson eventually began to apologize and gave her $2,000 to replace her phones before a driver took her home.
She filed a report with LAPD at a hospital on Feb. 18.
Buera said Trey Songz beat her, choked her and knocked her to the ground in February.

Neverson, a three-time Grammy nominee with movie credits including the 2013 flick “Baggage Claim,” has faced assault claims before.
In 2012, he was arrested for allegedly assaulting former Staten Island nurse Donna McIntosh-Enoe at a strip club in Queens.
“Our case settled out of court. I’m not allowed to speak about it,” McIntosh-Enoe said Tuesday when reached by The News.
Neverson is also on probation in Michigan after punching a Detroit police officer and taking a plea deal in the case.
Bloom said Tuesday that Neverson’s probation should have been revoked over the alleged assault of Buera.
“This is a man who was on probation for another act of violence. Normally a second act during the probation period would yank him off of probation and get him arrested,” Bloom said. “So I’m not sure what the holdup is on that. And I think the criminal justice system should be acting expeditiously.”
“We have not filed (a) civil lawsuit. Obviously that is an option. All options have remained open,” she said.
